Brubaker is a soldier in Land of the Dead. He is portrayed by Alan Van Sprang, who also portrays Nicotine Crockett in Diary and Survival of the Dead.
Brubaker is seen speaking with Cholo, who's intending to leave with Dead Reckoning, before the zombies from outside ambush them. During the attack, he attempts to gun down the zombies along with his team, but is killed.
Later on, while gathering supplies to go after Cholo, Riley and Manolete find a reanimated Brubaker. Seeing that Brubaker is undead, Riley pulls out his pistol and promptly shoots him in the head.
